I had great teachers but, some of them are much more special in my heart. Those ones who come and hold my hand in my yoga journey and put candles on my path for me, to find my self when I feel lost. It is pay back time for me…

"Filiz is a great teacher with passion. She is always careful to make sure you are doing each pose correctly and is able to modify for you If needed. The classes are always changing so you don’t get bored. They are both challenging and relaxing and I couldn’t recommend enough. Oh, and one more! I love those small activities like chanting or learning new ways of breathing during the class."
