How it works:
On-line classes is on the ZOOM. After you pay with PAYPAL, I’ll send you the ZOOM link.
If you have a busy life and couldn’t catch up any classes around you, one to one lessons might suit you. If you are a beginner, it might be worth organizing a private session with me before joining a class, to familiarize yourself with the practice and gain some basic yoga skills.
I run one to one class 30 pounds per lesson for 60 mins. I am looking forward to sharing my yoga journey with you.

After many years practicing yoga I have many yoga tips to share and workshops are a great way to break down certain postures or themes to teach you. A standard yoga class follows a typical structure whereas a workshop has the luxury to go DEEP into a specific topic such as arm balances, back bends, head stand etc.
Whether you are an experienced student or new to yoga, my workshops offer inspiration, insight and focus and can be the perfect way to deepen and expand your practice and to spend time working on that one area you just need a little more help connecting with.
